Fun fact: if you look up the location on Google Maps , that cop is actually blocking one of the fire dept’s bays.

Is it a big deal? Eh, maybe not. When the time comes for a fire truck to roll out, it might actually be convenient for the cop to come along and never actually be in their way after all . But then again, this patrol car might not be called to the scene when a call comes in, especially if someone else happens to be closer already. So yeah, maybe the fire dept is trying to reduce the effectiveness of cops choosing that particular location.

Cop is probably only there an hour or so at a time, and then spends more time chasing speeders. My guess is that the FD is trolling the PD.
